Some of Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of exceptional customer service through product knowledge, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to multi-task proficiently
- Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with local and state laws, including identification verification and intoxication prevention
- Provide support with inventory management, including receiving, processing, stocking, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment
- Master and accurately use POS system, ensuring prompt, accurate and efficient transaction completion, along with customer relationship management

Necessary Personal Attributes:
- Passion for the beverage industry and hospitality, along with ambition to be of service
- Superb customer service, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Easily self-motivated and capable of independently organizing tasks and making decisions based on strategic goals or priorities
- Extreme level of personal integrity, including being reliable, responsible, and accountable

Other Qualifications for the Ultimate Candidate:
- 21+ Years of Age
- Works well cohesively as part of a team and ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store
- Able to function in a fun, fast-paced retail environment (stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and move side to side throughout shift) and frequently lifting or carrying up to 45 pounds a distance of at least 100 feet
- TIPS Alcohol Certification Training (easily completed online before first day of work!)
*Experience in Hospitality, Retail, and / or Restaurant would be bonus!*

- You are looking for an office job where you sit around and drink mediocre coffee
- You aren’t super excited to serve customers and make them happy
- You do not have housing on island
