-a blend of Arinto, Trajadura and Loureiro

-pairs well with roasted white meats, seafood, spicy dishes and is and excellent aperitif for Thanksgiving dinner

Domaine de l’enclos- Chablis 2023

-100% Chardonnay varietal from Burgundy, France

-a fine juicy wine with flavors of  grapefruit and peach and invigorating acidity 

-pairs well with seafood, chicken, turkey and hard cheeses

Au Bon Climat 2023 Pinot Noir

–100% Pinot Noir

-notes of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries

-beautiful mouth filling intensity with balanced tannins and acidity

-pairs well with grilled vegetables, grilled meats and  a good Thanksgiving dinner wine

Bourgogne -Notre Dame De Bonne Espérance

-100% Pinot Noir

-flavors of raspberries, blackberries and cherries… bouquet of dark fruit

-medium bodied, with light tannins and a lightly spiced finish

-pairs well with most meats and is another excellent Thanksgiving dinner wine.
