as Sales Associate + Delivery Driver

Some of Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of exceptional customer service through product knowledge, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to multi-task proficiently
• Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with local and state laws, including identification verification and intoxication prevention
• Provide support with inventory management, including receiving, processing, stocking, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment
• Master and accurately use POS system, ensuring prompt, accurate and efficient transaction completion, along with customer relationship management

Necessary Personal Attributes:

• Passion for the beverage industry and hospitality, along with ambition to be of service
• Superb customer service, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Easily self-motivated and capable of independently organizing tasks and making decisions based on strategic goals or priorities
• Extreme level of personal integrity, including being reliable, responsible, and accountable

*These personal characteristics are a must requirement for these positions.* 

Other Qualifications for the Ultimate Candidate:

• 21+ Years of Age
• Works well cohesively as part of a team and ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store
• Able to function in a fun, fast-paced retail environment (stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and move side to side throughout shift) and frequently lifting or carrying up to 45 pounds a distance of at least 100 feet
• TIPS Alcohol Certification Training (easily completed online before first day of work!)

        *Experience in Hospitality, Retail, and / or Restaurant would be bonus!*

You Should NOT Apply If:

• You are looking for an office job where you sit around and drink mediocre coffee
• You aren’t super excited to serve customers and make them happy
• You do not have housing on island
