Are you tired of all the buzz about pink wines? With so many new rosé wines available these days, it is no wonder it can be confusing when shopping in the rosé aisle. However, it doesn’t have to be that way for you. I recently discovered these delicious pink wines that get me excited about drinking rosé, not just in the summer, but all year long. How do I find the perfect rosé? First, I always start by looking for one that offers a sense of place where it is grown. Take Mary Taylor’s Silvain Miniot Rosé, one of the wines featured this month in our Cheers to Charities wine pack, and from the small appellation of Saint-Pourçain in Auvergne, France. The winemaker harnesses the influences of the local ‘terroir’ to create a well-balanced rosé wine of 100% Gamay. Imagine, enjoying a sip of this refreshing wine on your sun-filled porch with a piece of Charles Arnaud Comté cheese. ...Read More >
As we travel on this road called life, we would like to introduce you to our Cheers to Charities benefactor for the month of June, Palliative & Supportive Care on Nantucket (PASCON). The mission of PASCON is a specialized health care program dedicated to providing excellent physical, psychological, social, and spiritual care for persons with life-threatening illness and their families. Supporting our community ‘One Sip at a Time’ is the mission of Cheers to Charities, an initiative created by Épernay Wine & Spirits and begun in 2018. The concept was originally designed in that the first Thursday in-store tasting of every month was dedicated to a local non-profit on Nantucket Island in order to raise awareness for that organization and also fun-draise for their charitable cause. This initiative has hence evolved in that you can now support the causes of Cheers to Charities throughout the entire month that the non-profit is being featured, making your impact more significant and long-lasting. More on that later… For now, we would like to introduce you to our Cheers to Charities benefactor for this month, SUSTAINABLE NANTUCKET. The mission of Sustainable Nantucket is Cultivating, Educating, and Promoting environmentally responsible choices… making a big difference on a small island. What better way to showcase their important impact on the island than with sustainable wine pairings!...Read More >

Xarello adds to the body, Macabea gives it an aromatic intensity, and Parellada lends acidity to the wine. Cava is made in the same production method as Champagne, in which the secondary fermentation that creates the bubbles occurs in the bottle itself. Bodegas Naveran is a premium...Read More >
